 Taproom Assistant Manager, Windsor & Eton Brewery  

We are looking for outgoing, hardworking, and passionate people to join our new and exciting taproom. 
The job role will include: 
· Managing shifts. 
· Responsibility for opening & closing the bar. 
· Organising & executing events and promotions. 
· Creating and posting social media content 
· Stock management. 
· Dealing with customer requests and enquires 
· Assisting the General Manager in other task were need be. 
The ideal candidate will: 
· Have good and clear communication skills. 
· Be experienced in leading a team, organising a shift, and meeting sales targets. 
· Imaginative ideas on how to push sales. 
· Have experience in busy workplace environments and be able to cope well under pressure. 
· Good at problem solving. 
· A great motivator and role model, and well able training new staff. 
About the Brewery taproom 
Our mission for our new taproom is be the most exciting and innovative craft bar in the Berkshire area, selling our outstanding beer fresh from our own brewery, but also an exciting range of guest craft beer. Our experienced kitchen team are thinking up the perfect menu to complement our range of beers, while not losing that authentic and original gastro pub feel. While not just being for the beer fanatic, we will have a fantastic range of craft spirits and crisp and fruity wines on offer. This exciting new project will be a 'not to be missed' experience in the heart of Windsor.

Drayperson, Windsor & Eton Brewery 

We are looking for a Brewery Drayperson to provide a quality delivery service to our customers. You will be the face of Windsor & Eton Brewery and consequently you must be a highly motivated, self-driven passionate individual to take this opportunity forward. 
The position will be a minimum of 30 hours per week split across 3 days of the week with extra days and hours where required for holiday cover and spikes in business with a competitive rate of pay. 
Please note that the job of drayperson is physically demanding. 
For insurance purposes you must be aged 25 or over. 
Usual hours are 07:30-16:00 but will require flexibility. 
Experience of driving/delivering in the City of London is a plus. 
Clean full UK Driving Licence to include 3.5 ton van. 
Key roles include: 
Delivering beer, collecting empty casks, collecting payments. 
Picking runs and loading the van with casks and kegs weighing 40-100kg each. 
Core delivery areas are the Thames Valley and London but will also require long distance deliveries, deliveries into depots and early morning deliveries. 
Delivering casks to pubs, carrying/dropping them into the cellar and where required placing onto pub stillages. 
The job involves multiple drops and deliveries per shift. 
Managing the paperwork, collecting signatures and/or payment. 
Basic vehicle maintenance including cleaning vans inside and out. 
Adhere to driving, parking and loading regulations. 
Be smart, polite and friendly and helpful to our customers.

 Front & Back of House, Windsor & Eton Brewery and Virginia Water  

Our new taproom and our pub, The Rose & Olive Branch in Virginia Water, are now recruiting for a number roles.  
We have both full and part time roles for Front and Back of House offering competitive rates of pay.  
Roles will include evenings and weekends shifts and the successful candidates must be able to work in a busy environment, have good commutation skills and be able to talk passionately about products. 
The job role will include: 
· Be welcoming, friendly and provide outstanding customer service. 
· Always keeping the bar clean and tidy 
· Have great communication skills. 
· Helping customers with shop items and merchandise 
· Talking to customers about brewery products and informing them about up coming events. 
· Restocking bar fridges, changing beer barrels and kegs. 
· Serving food, clearing plates and glasses. 
· Working evening and weekends. 
· Be able to work well in a team but also individually. 
Experienced is preferred, however full training will be given.
