About us 
Windsor and Eton Brewery, or "webrew" for short, was founded in 2009 by four friends, keen to put great beer back on the map of Windsor. this small and people - led business brews quality and flavoursome beer, stocking pubs and supermarkets nationwide. 
 
In 2015, the directors of Windsor and Eton Brewery acquired The George Inn Eton to continue making beer Windsor`s biggest attraction. 
 
The Inn was originally build in around 1750 with traditional Georgian construction of solid brickwork, timber framed floors and a pitched tiled floor.

Key responsibilities ( the list is not exhaustive) 
Passion for pleasing to ensure our guests has a happy experience. 
Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Assistant / Waiter ideally gained in a similar environment. 
An interest, and appreciation of fine beer,food & wine 
Confident communicator – important to liaise with your guests and your other team members. 
 
Experience and skills 
You should have exceptional customer service skills, be a clear communicator and be able to demonstrate great teamwork. Experience in a similar role is desirable but full training will be given on the job. The role is very hands on, so a can do, and proactive approach is essential 
 
Please note, this role requires flexibility with regards to working hours and willingness to work when required

Prepare breakfast for our guests 
Deliver special requests when requested 
Adhere to allergen policies 
Work in a fast paced environment 
 
Experience and skills 
The ability to adhering to the company’s rules and regulations on policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations 
The ability to manage various sections of the kitchen, whilst ensuring health & safety standards are met 
To be flexible in your approach, and able to assist the Sous Chef and any other members of the kitchen brigade when required 
A team player who thrives in the hustle and bustle of a busy kitchen department 
 
Please note, this role requires flexibility with regards to working hours and willingness to work when required 
 
Job Types: 28hrs/week, Permanent
