Based on a traditional Hungarian recipe (thanks- Istvan!) this beer uses both Sweet Chestnut flour and also whole roasted chestnuts within the mash and hop-back. The result is a malty sweet brew with notes of cookie dough, vanilla and of course sweet chestnuts- curl up by the fire with this one! (4.3%)
