The Rose and Olive Branch in Virginia Water are hiring!

Windsor and Eton Brewery have bought this busy pub, which will be re-opening towards the end of January and we are on the look out for fantastic people to join us in our new venture!

With 40 covers inside and 60 outside we will serving great, high quality food and drink in a welcoming, relaxed environment. We are looking for great people to join our family FULL TIME & PART TIME.

We are looking for a strong Sous Chef to work alongside our head chef and her staff in this lively, country pub. The Rose and Olive Branch is Windsor and Eton Brewery's second pub venture, and with increasing trade and following, we now need a fresh face to join our already strong kitchen team.

We serve excellent quality English fare to a very high standard.

We require a hard working individual who is willing to lead in the head chef's absence, take instructions and become an integral part of the team.

We are looking for :

-Huge passion for high end food and drink.

-Excellent cooking skills and food knowledge.

-Eye for detail.

-NVQ's or equivalent.

-Must be trained in GP's and financial understanding of menu engineering, ordering, kitchen controls and rota systems and have good leadership skills.

-High hygiene standards and takes pride in their work space and uniform
