Craft Beer Regional Sales Manager 

Windsor & Eton Brewery (WEBrew) is looking for a Regional Manager to join our team and improve its sales of Cask and Craft Beers to the Independent Free Trade. WEBrew has a nine year track record of producing both a Core Cask range and an experimental range of Lagers and Craft Beers that pushes the boundaries of fermentation. They are expanding and are now looking for excellent Regional Managers to add to their existing team.

It doesn’t matter if you have no sales experience yet, what counts is your love and passion for cask and craft beer and understanding that this is a gruelling field sales job, you will be out and about for at least 6 hours a day. If you do have existing cask and craft beer sales experience, then even better!

The Role:

• Increase the on-trade customer base 

• Prospect new accounts who would be a good fit and see their first orders through to completion

• Achieve individual weekly call and monthly revenue targets; collaborate with the sales team to achieve group targets

• Act as the connecting link between the brewery and customers

• Establish and strengthen customer relationships; get the people who buy and sell our beer excited about the product and the brand

• Uphold a “do what it takes” attitude for customers, going above and beyond regular protocol when necessary

• Arrange and document draught installations for new customers

• Recognise and bring forward any opportunities which fall outside of direct M25 sales

• Attend events and industry gatherings on behalf of the brewery


• Entrepreneurial approach, outside of the box thinker with creative ideas and mind-set

• Ambitious, results-focused and willing to get stuck in

• Proven track record of working independently, being self-motivated and able to manage time and workload effectively

• Knowledge & enthusiasm of the U.K. cask and craft beer industry

• A passion for the bar, pub & restaurant scene with a confidence to work across all types of accounts from a pub to a top-end restaurant

• Energetic, tenacious and resilient with great listening skills and the flexibility to respond creatively to customer needs

• Confident, persuasive, with a ‘can do’ attitude with a hunger for driving new business and is comfortable with a 100% field based role.
