Today (11th May) we held our much-anticipated Pink Boots Collaboration brew day. The Pink Boots Society was created to assist, inspire and encourage women professionals in the fermented/alcoholic beverage industry to advance their careers through education. The team includes our very own Agathe, Marilyn, Kim and Harrie plus Naomi from the Hoppy Place and Katie from Yakima Chief Hops, who are one of the Pink Boots Society’s key partners. The beer brewed is Golden Boot, the latest iteration of our much-loved football-themed beer following in the bootsteps of Maracana and Molotov. The beer will be a 4% golden ale dry-hopped with a special Pink Boots hop blend from YCH and flavoured with guava juice. Golden Boot will be available for trade in cask and a limited quantity of hand bottles with be produced for sale through our shop 

 

Keep an eye out for the Pink Boots brew day logo on the pump clip and bottle label for Golden Boot and for social media updates with profiles of the team members and progress of the beer.
